What happens when the AI goes down, or goes wrong?
Map how your processes depend on AI, and build tested fallbacks for when it fails or goes wrong.
In brief
AI Resilience is a Kalosys service that maps which business processes depend on which AI models, providers, agents and data, and what happens when they fail, slow down or give wrong answers. It then builds and tests fallbacks such as alternate models, rollback and procedures for people to take over.
THE PROBLEM
Business processes increasingly depend on AI: a model provider, an agent, a data pipeline. Most continuity and recovery plans were written before AI arrived. When an AI service fails, slows down or produces wrong output, there is often no fallback, no rollback and no tested recovery.

HOW IT WORKS
More and more business processes depend on AI: a model provider, an agent, a data pipeline. Most continuity and recovery plans were written before AI arrived. We map which processes depend on which AI services, work out what happens if they fail or give wrong answers, and build and test the fallbacks: alternate models, rollback, and procedures for people to take over.

QUESTIONS
Switching to an alternate model or provider, rolling back to a previous model, prompt or configuration, or falling back to a manual process, within agreed recovery times.
Yes. The Build step includes a recovery test, and the Run service includes scheduled drills.
It produces documented plans, test results and reports that support audit and board reviews. Whether that meets a specific regulation is a question for the client's compliance team.
Providers can still have outages, change model behaviour or retire versions. Resilience is about your process continuing when that happens, not just the provider's uptime.
It may cover the servers. It usually doesn't cover a model that starts giving wrong answers, a changed prompt, or an external AI service going down. The assessment checks exactly that gap.
Then the assessment will be short. It's still worth knowing which processes are quietly becoming dependent on AI before they become critical.
